Auto Dialer

Qualification Manager
Qualification Manager gives the user the ability to manage the registration qualification process electronically via the Internet. It contains extensive searching, sorting and qualifying capabilities, along with the ability to view documents that were uploaded electronically by a registrant, either via the registration website or their personalized registration dashboard. Features include:
- Searching/Sorting
- Ability to search all registrants or all pending registrants (with or without credential documents) by numerous search fields
- Results list is configurable in that the Show Organizer can decide which fields they would like to sort on
- May quickly view the quantity of pending and existing uploaded credential documents via the credential documents icon.
- Qualifying/Credential Upload
- Ability to view credential documents that were uploaded by an attendee, while also viewing a pending record and approve/reject their registration
- Ability to add/remove credential documents from pending record (e.g. if document was faxed/mailed)
- Ability to add note to a specific credential document and flag it as approved/denied

Database Manager
Database Manager gives authorized personnel access to the event database. You may choose to have multiple logins for different departments or staff members.
