Facial Recognition
Facial image collection process:
- All pictures that CSI collects are stored on CSI hardware, where access is monitored and restricted to employees or processes.
- CSI website does not allow public access to these images
- Web access to images are restricted to application server that verifies user credentials (login)
Facial Recognition
- Onsite picture is collected at kiosk through CSI hardware
- Picture is sent to CSI data-center through CSI VPN network
- Pictures are held into memory while check is done comparing with previously collected pictures.
- Once check is completed, image collected for facial recognition is deleted and record is returned back to CSI kiosk where badge is sent for printing
- Printing process verifies the registration details and is allowed to access registrant picture
