Attendee/Exhibitor Matching

The attendee registration site will automatically match various exhibiting companies to the user based on how the user answered their demographic questions.  The user can then send a message to any exhibiting company they’ve matched to requesting an appointment.  At that point, each exhibiting company who received an appointment request will have the ability to accept the appointment or suggest an alternate time. 

The user will also have the ability to choose products that they’re interested in.  The site will match their product interests to the exhibitors that offer those products.  If they don’t like the results of the search, they will have the ability to choose different products and/or remove matched exhibitors from their list.  The product searches will be displayed on the screen in alphabetical order, with featured exhibitors listed first and matched exhibitors noted with a star.  Additionally, attendees can either print or download the exhibitor list.
